About
I've been collecting, buying and selling for more than 30 years. What started as a passion for sports cards has grown into VaultedAssetsX — built around finding collectibles that actually matter.
Joe — Founder, VaultedAssetsX
How it started
My first collecting memory goes back to 1981, when my grandmother bought me a box of 1981 Topps Football — and inside was the famous Joe Montana rookie card. I still think about that box. What started as a passion for sports cards has grown into VaultedAssetsX, built around finding collectibles that actually matter.
What I look for
My focus is on scarcity, history, cultural relevance and the story behind the collectible. From vintage cards and historic UFC pieces to autographs, memorabilia and emerging categories, I'm always looking for assets that have a reason to exist beyond a serial number.
Where I'm known
I'm particularly known for my involvement in UFC and combat-sports collectibles, where I've built relationships with collectors, dealers and breakers across the hobby. But my interests go well beyond sports — if something has a great story and a meaningful place in culture, I'm interested.
What I do
Through VaultedAssetsX, I buy cards and memorabilia straight from collectors, sell what I find, source for people chasing something specific, and help collectors navigate the market. I also share what I'm buying, what I'm watching and what I'm learning along the way — on Instagram, on YouTube, and directly with the people I work with.
My test for everything
If the answer is yes, I want to know about it.
Send photos and the story behind it and I'll come back with a fair cash offer — I read every message myself.
Get in touch
I answer these personally, usually the same day.
I read these myself, no team, no bot — I'll get back to you personally, usually the same day.
